What: As subjects you study in Polytechnics and ITEs depend on the course you are taking, we are unable to provide a standard guideline. However, if you do require additional help in a certain subject (module) that you’re taking, do contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Why: Firstly, home tuition can be personalised and tailored to your needs. You get to choose which module that you require assistance. If you’re weaker in certain chapters or topics, you can inform the tutor to spend more time on those. Secondly, our tutors have been through the education system. Some of them are from JCs and others from Polytechnics. Hence, they would have an idea of the key concepts that you should be aware of. By having home tuition, you can have a clear advantage over your peeps as you would know what the points to highlight are. Thirdly, you get extra attention compared to school. You might not be able to adapt instantly to the change in environment from secondary school to polytechnic or ITE. The reason being that polytechnics and ITEs are more lecture-orientated compared to secondary schools.
Lecturers do not always clarify your doubts as they prefer you to find the solution yourself. If you’re unable to, then you’ll be the one at a loss. This is where home tuition comes in and makes that huge difference. If you’re unable to understand and/or follow the lectures in school, then don’t hesitate to seek help. Remember that Polytechnics and ITEs set the path you would take in your future career. If you’re unable to stay on path, then Home Tuition would benefit you and keep you walking in the right direction.
